Can You Die From a Anxiety Attack?
Anxiety cannot harm you physically-it can only create the perception of harm on you mentally. If you suffer from anxiety, your fear may very well paralyze you from believing that statement. That is completely normal-after all, when we believe something-it tends to become our reality. We all have had that friend who tells the same old fishing story so many times that he actually believes it himself… (It becomes his reality). Well, that’s what we have done in this situation ourselves… (Many of us anyhow) during the peak of an anxiety attack have told ourselves that we are going to die and we have actually believed it. The truth being-that we will not and we have been acting on false information. Let’s make the fact that anxiety cannot harm you… (Your reality). In order for you to do so... you will need to believe it whole heartedly... so let’s brake down anxiety in laymen terms-Anxiety is a mental state. A mental state can be sad, happy, scarred, frantic, ECT... These are all emotions/feelings and feelings like anxiety pass over and we survive! Remember the old saying sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me. Every time you think you’re going to die from an anxiety attack remember that even as a kid you knew that feelings couldn’t hurt you let alone kill you.
